Sup Ji Jit Fu.....Cross Pattern Blocking Tiger

.....Sup means 10, and the character for 10 is a cross. Ji means Character. So since the form is done in the form of a cross, it's referred to as a "10 Character" form, or "cross pattern." The third character means "to intercept or to stop." We use the term to mean "to stop or intercept a punch or kick, which means to block it."

Siu Sup Ji.....Small Cross Pattern

.....Characters literally mean "small 10 character," which again refers to a short/small form in the pattern of the "10 character" which is a cross.
